The menu is:

Sandwich buffet with all of the sandwich fixings; potato salad, assorted chips, tea/coffee and hopefully a mini ice cream sundae bar….Due to the heat, this should be something light and refreshing.

  A revision to the proposal to amend  our Bylaws to allow an Associate Member to hold an office in the Association has been received.  An Associate Member may hold an office in the Association if the office cannot be first filled by a Member.  Only one office may be held by an Associate Member at the same time.  The Associate Member must have been an active member in the Association for one calendar year preceding the year in which he/she will hold office.  An Associate Member is not eligible for office of President without prior consecutive service as either Secretary-Treasurer or Vice President.

In addition, officers may not be employed by the same employer unless a change in employment occurs while an officer is currently holding office.  Other minor changes in wording/format have been proposed.  The proposed changes will be mailed to our members for review.  We will vote on the proposals in June.
